Customer Service Administrator

·       Order processing and ensuring a fluent “order to cash” process

·       Creating customer quotes and follow-up

·       Proactive sales to existing customers (mainly cross- and upselling)

·       Handle order delivery queries from customers

·       Answering incoming calls in a professional and prompt manner

·       Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

·       Maintaining prices and customer master data in system

·       Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

·       Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication

·       Provide accurate, valid and complete information for all stakeholders

·       Meet personal/customer service team sales targets

·       Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents (digital)

·       Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

·       Take the extra mile to engage customers

·       Collecting all important customer information in CRM

Requiring excellent communication skills, an ability to organise tasks, keep accurate records and work closely and proactively with all other departments and team members. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a positive attitude with a personable demeanour required to deliver the “Carlisle Experience” internally and externally at all levels.

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Previous experience in a customer facing environment

·       Fully experienced in the use of MS office programs and data entry

·       Own transport for potential travel to secondary sites of business would be preferable.

·       Previous experience of using SAP and/or CRM systems would be desirable.
