🔧 What are you do

As our Operations Manager, you will be the driving force behind operational excellence. You’ll lead with authority, challange, and push boundaries to ensure our operations run safe, smoothly, efficient, and profitably.

Key responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of operational performance and deliver measurable results.

• Identify bottlenecks and implement decisive solutions.

• Drive continuous improvement and challenge inefficiencies.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with strategic goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO/WO level)

• A strong, proactive leadership style with a bias for action.

• Proven experience in operations (5+ years).

• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• Strong communication and influencing skills.

• A results-driven mindset with a passion for execution.

• Fluently in both Dutch and English.
